Fulfillment and Refund policy

At Smart Cutz Lawn and Lighting llc, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following fulfillment policy for our outdoor landscape lighting installations:

 Pre-Installation

1. **Full Refund Policy**: Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their order before the installation process begins. No questions asked.

Post-Installation

2. **Customer Satisfaction Review**: After the installation is completed, our technician will review the work with the customer. During this review, all aspects of the installation will be discussed, and any concerns or adjustments will be addressed on-site.

3. **Resolution of Issues**: If the customer is not satisfied with the installation, we will discuss all possible solutions to rectify the issues. Our goal is to ensure that the customer is happy with the final outcome.

4. **Material and Service Costs**: 

    - If the customer remains unsatisfied after all possible solutions have been discussed and chooses not to keep the installation, they will be responsible for the cost of materials plus a $300 service fee.

    - If the customer wishes to have the system completely uninstalled, they will be responsible for:

        - The cost of materials.

        - A $300 service fee.

        - An additional $300 fee plus the cost of caps to cover any drilled holes or other necessary repairs to restore the property.

 Additional Information

- **Materials Cost**: The cost of materials will be itemized and presented to the customer during the initial project quote and again if any disputes arise post-installation.

- **Service Fee Justification**: The $300 service fee covers the labor and time invested by our technicians to install, troubleshoot, and uninstall the system if necessary.

- **Caps and Restoration**: The cost for caps or other restorative materials will be determined based on the specific needs to cover or repair any drilled holes.

By adhering to this policy, we ensure a clear, fair, and customer-centric approach to handling any issues that may arise during and after the installation of your outdoor landscape lighting.
